My boyfriend and I went to this SPA today. We aren't from here and I spent my Birthday week in Vegas. My boyfriend isn't familiar with the area so he took a chance by getting a GROUPON deal for a couples massage. When we arrived they stated we were late and had to only use the time that was left from our appointment. The owner called my boyfriend the day before to confirm our appt and I saw him write the time down. Nevertheless, the massage therapist stated they had time available to rebook our service but she had to check with the spa manager. The spa manager Randy came out and was very rude stating we had a Groupon deal and that was the best she could do and she was completely booked for today, tomorrow Saturday...she was not helpful and started to get agitated. Just so happens the Spa Owner Charity came out and got so rude I wanted to walk out. She quickly dismissed us and started to get upset that she turned red and was huffing and puffing. How can anyone have a good relaxation after going through this experience? She treated us like shit because we had a Groupon! Why use the service if you want to treat Groupon users differently? We used Groupon simply because we saw a deal and wanted to check it out. I was so upset it was hard for me to even relax while getting my massage. It was a waste of time and money however, the massage therapist Diamond and Irvin were awesome!! They tried their hardest to make the best experience out of our time that was left and was VERY apologetic.
My boyfriend and I are business owners as well and we know that no matter what to treat ALL customers the same. No matter how much or little they pay. Reviews are important to us and I couldn't wait to get back to my resort to let everyone know the experience. Stay away from this place if you are a Groupon user and know if you are late, you will not be able to rebook especially if you have a Groupon
