  • I got my notice in the mail to come down and get my COMPLIMENTARY 24 MONTH SERVIC SO I called to make an apppointment, gave the vehicle mileage to the person on the phone, drove it across town to my appointment time, service coutner guy says we missed our 24 month time slot because the car has 26.608 miles on it so NO COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE and tried to sell a new extended service package! If the person on the phone would've told me that it wasn't applicable I wouldn't have made arrangements to drive the car across town and waste time, I can get oil changes much closer to home. When we spote to the service manager to try and understand why this would happen they told us the dealer can't do anything about it and to call corporate. FORGET THAT!!! waste more time gettting jerked around? It's pretty obvious that Findlay doesn't really care what the promised to deliver-buyer beware, find somewhere else to buy or service your next car.
