rev:text	Don't use Express Flooring - I have too many complaints to type it all out. The lady who came out to us was rude, didn't introduce herself- I can't even put her name on here b/c she never gave it to us; was late; told us how bad our lighting was throughout our house - verbatim. She was demeaning. Our impression was she was put out that she had to come out to our house & she appeared dressed to go to a club. Very unprofessional. The prices were outrageous- didn't give us an actual quote, but instead, gave a "rough estimate of $1500-$2500" - for carpet in ONE bedroom. I about fell to the floor. I'll tell you how bad this was - I didn't even call the store to complain - there was too much to tell - it was like a candid camera moment - I thought someone was going to come out & say "you've been punked!" - I couldn't believe it. Don't use this place - I don't know what it is but it's a joke.
