We saw Dr. Novack on Tuesday, Oct. 15th. I have broken my ankle. He said no cast necessary since fracture was still in line. Asked if I needed pain pills, I said yes. We gave him the CVS pharmacy phone number and address. We told him we had some left over from the last break but would need more soon. He said no problem, they'd call it in today (Oct. 15th). We went to pick up the prescription on Sunday, Oct. 20th as I was now out of medication. They had no prescriptions from Dr. Novack for me. On Monday, I called their office. The recording said if I wanted assistance within 4 hours to use their online service. I went online and requested the prescription asap. Four hours later, I called and left a message with his medical assistant Becky. No returned phone call. Tuesday, called their office. There is no possible way to speak with a live person!!! I tried all of the extensions, only to be advised I must leave a message. Ridiculous! We got into the car and drove to Dr. Novack's office 5605 W. Eugie Ave, in Glendale. My husband walked into his office only to be met by two very board ladies at the desk. Neither of them were busy. There were NO patients in the waiting room. They found my records and said it had been called in on Oct. 15 - one week ago. Never happened! One lady said she would call it in right now. That was 4 hours ago and CVS has yet to receive it. We called their office again now before 5pm and no one answers the bloody phone! THIS PRACTICE IS A JOKE!!! We just called my regular doctor and they called CVS now for the prescription.
