  • I NEVER write reviews--but my experience here was HORRIBLE. I got the most expensive wash-left it for about an hour and came back to a completely dusty dashboard, crumbs still on my floor, and nothing inside my car wiped down, and the crayon still on the window that they put there. I angrily went back and a nice man agreed to wipe down the specific things that I asked him to as I proceeded to finish vacuuming (which is the only reason I'm giving this place even TWO stars). As I left someone apologized about the poor vacuuming and I proceeded to say that it wasn't just the vacuuming that was poor but thank you and he said "yeah, are you OCD-there are people like that out there". LIKE WHAT???? I bought the package where you're supposed to shampoo every leather surface of my car and you didn't even bother to wipe off my dash board? But yeah that makes me OCD. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE.
