  • Place would be better if management cared about resident safety. I walked into the sauna at the gym and saw someone sleeping there. Turns out that there was a homeless girl squatting there for weeks. When I did a police search for the neighborhood while looking for another apartment, found out a convicted felon child molester was living at the One. The building rules say no convicted felons but that's not true. It's a shame because it's a nice facility. Just a few weird things going on there. Ironically enough when my best friend came to visit (and he's on my list of people authorized to enter without a phone call) he was grilled heavily by security and I even had to come downstairs to get him. I just don't get how things work there.
