  • We just picked up our 2000 Mustang GT today from Carsmetics and it looks beautiful! The guys in both the front and back of the well-kept shop treated us like family (i.e., like family they cared about). There were some existing chips and scrapes on the car that were not part of our original agreement to fix. They asked if they could fix them, which they then repaired at no additional charge. They even prepped, primed and repainted the hood and another fender (not part of the estimate) so they could perfect the color match with the rest of the body. It seemed that they didn't want the car to leave with any imperfections--even though they were not their problems to deal with. We got to speak with not only the managers, but the body and paint shop specialists. Each one was knowledgeable, seemed genuinely happy to talk with us, and focused on the quality of the work. Other than Maaco, Carsmetics gave us the lowest price for replacing and painting a fender, bumper and grill, and guaranteed the paint job for the life of the car. This is where I'll go for any body and paint work in the future and will highly recommend to others.
