  • Horrible service I got this morning. The so called barista who was making my mocha was clearly too distracted and slow to get my order right. I requested it extra hot, but it was not done right. So, she noticed my frustration and decided that it would be fun to aggravate me more. She didn't apologize for getting it wrong the first time, instead she took her mighty time while at the same time talking to another customer about her boring weekend. When the 2nd "mocha" was finally ready, it was not extra hot - it was burning hot. I burned myself. I always request extra hot, but she took it to another level. I think she did that on purpose as if to say, "you wanted extra hot? HERE'S YOUR EXTRA HOT- I HOPE YOU BURN!" seriously. When it was finally cool enough to drink it, it tasted nothing like a mocha. Tasted like a hot chocolate. Thanks, angry lady for taking it out on my coffee. Not going back there.
