  • I am personally more of an animal shelter person but love stopping in here to see the puppies and see if the one puppy I want is still there so I can get it when I move apartments next month. I am giving 1 star on customer service alone, I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS OUT OF BOUNDS TO WAVE HI TO THE PUPPIES!!? So here I was minding my own business waving hi to the cute underbite puppy (mind u one foot away from the glass ) and this worker with blonde hair and glasses passes by in says in the most rudest tone. "Please stop teasing the puppy!!" And then proceeds to walk off, but she sure ain't have nothing to say to that one kid who was climbing up on the glass trying to see the puppies while his parents just watched on.. Hire better employees or raise their pay, so it can improve their attitude.
