| - I promised the manager I would be writing a review on every site possible, so I'm doing just that. When this place first opened my family and I always went to Anthony Vince. It's beautiful, the service was great. Every Birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day I always received at least a one hundred dollar gift card to this place. My last visit was about two months ago, and will definitely be my LAST. I arrived at 10:30 AM, dressed in my scrubs for work which I didn't have to be to work till 1:30 but just in case I had to wait I wanted to be prepared. I got a pedicure first which the man didn't listen to anything I asked for, and the polish was all over my skin. I told him I wasn't happy with it but didn't have time for him to redo it so on I went to get gel nail polish. The same guy did my gel and messed up so bad, he himself wasn't happy with it so then took my gel off which anyone who has gel knows it's a process to get off even after two weeks of being on so imagine 2 minute old gel polish trying to come off. Painful to say the least. He then redid the gel and messed up again and at this point I told him I had to be to work and didn't have time to redo it he continued to not listen to me and start scraping off my gel polish which led to my cuticles bleeding and a lot of little scrapes all around my nail beds. I was so upset and in pain and at this point petrified of getting an infection in my cuts. I work in the medical field and see this happen constantly. I walked up front to check out, now being late for work... Let me remind you I arrived at 10:30AM It was now 1:45PM. What kind of manager doesn't notice a customer being there that long, and check on them? That's right I forgot one who sits with her employees and plays on their phones. I proceeded to pay with my gift card and even tipped the guy, the manager wasn't up front, so I called while I was walking to my car and spoke to her explaining my situation. She told me she would have a gift card up front with my name on it, and to put neosporin on my fingers. I arrived yesterday to pick up my gift card, and she pretended she had no idea what I was talking about, and played dumb. Needless to say keep your gift card, and as I promised you miss manager, a review instead of your terrible service. Never again will I return, nor let my family or friends who all go there return. Beware!
