  • For years Home Depot guaranteed their own line of ceiling fans. If the motor failed, bring it back in for a credit on a new ceiling fan. Now there is no longer a reason to buy Home Depot products. And the snotty big guy at the returns counter, looking at me like I'm crazy. I explained the warranty, and he said no, only 1 year warranty. I said I was not happy, and wouldn't buy bigger items from home depot anymore. Big snotty boy said "no problem". Home Depot, you don't need that guy representing you.
