  • I texted Wrich Air on the recommendation of a friend, when my upstairs unit wasn't fully cooling to temperature. They responded immediately with an offer to get me on the schedule for the very next morning (it was after 8pm, and not an emergency on my end since I had cooling from the downstairs unit.) Gus came out and was wonderful. The repair was very reasonably priced, and he patiently answered my questions about the repaired components and what to expect next from my 10 year old equipment. He didn't try to oversell, nor convince me to replace a unit which still has good service to it! Many thanks!!
