  • I've been shopping at Lush for years now, and my visit last week was by far the best experience I've had. I've always bought a few products here and there throughout the years, moisturizers, bath bombs, exfoliates, etc. Well I recently decided I need to commit to a regimen, so what better place to go than Lush? Knowing the Lush staff is always extremely helpful, I didn't do much studying on what I wanted to get. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Brooklyn and explained to her what I was looking for. Eager to help, she asked about my skin type and was able to help pair products for my needs. Brooklyn genuinely cared about helping me find products that I would love and let me tell you my expectations were beyond satisfied! Being able to shop somewhere that you trust the advice you're being given and not feeling like you're being taken advantage of is the most satisfying feeling! She also provided me with a few samples that I wasn't too sure about and naturally I loved them and went back to buy the products a couple of days later. From the products to the staff, Lush is amazing. Thank you Brooklyn for helping me find such great products!
