I usually venture to this location as it's on my route to work after I drop off my daughter but YEP WON'T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!!
I'll just go to another one that's out of the way.
Today I really needed my White Chocolate Mocha and their sign was confusing as they pretty much should have just said, "We only have cold drinks". If I would have known that or if the sign would have read that when I walked in, I would have walked right out, no harm no foul... instead of waiting like 10 minutes to be told, "Our steamer doesn't work".
Again another lesson about customer service. Didn't get an "apologize for the inconvenience" and I guess someone or people there needs a lesson on how to be explicit.
Lesson of the day: If all you have are cold drinks, please put on your sign: WE ONLY HAVE COLD DRINK, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
