| - Vegas is becoming my once a year trip and for good reason. An escape from the daily grind of 9-5, where men can feel like kings ( with the right greens of course ) and women can hooch out without being called a .. well, a hooch.
Signature is part of MGM with condo style housing. Perfect for families or big groups since it's smoke-free, has a kitchenette and doesn't have a casino.
I've requested an early check-in since my flight landed at 9am but was turned away since the room wasn't ready yet. Understandable since almost every hotel casino can't guarantee any request. A bit tired from being up all night, we came back at 3pm to have them turn us away again for not having the room ready, now I'm starting to get annoyed. Another hour later, our room was ready which they apologized profusely for. Whatever, I'm just glad to go to my room and shower. The front desk told us that our bags will be brought up shortly. An hour later, our bags showed up. Not a great start, Signature.
Everything else from then on was perfect. We were put on the 24th floor with a decent view, granted it was the airport, but if you look towards the right.. you could see MGM along with NYNY. The mountains and dessert in the background added to the view. Loved it at night especially with all the lights on. Our 1 bedroom balcony suite was clean, spacious and definitely comfy. The bedroom had a master bathroom that had two sinks along with a stand up shower next to a jacuzzi like tub? Feeling like a balla already.
SIgnature is divided into 3 towers with tower 3 being closest to MGM. Each had their own pool along with different stores in them. Tower 2 has the cafe called Delight where you can grab a bite. Tower 1 had the lounge and giftshop. Most people complain about the walk but it isn't so bad since they have moving walkways from signature to MGM which should take about 5-10mins to get back and forth.
They also have valet parking but keep in mind that there's only 1 car per room. This is enforced. Any other cars will have to park in the MGM lot.
Signature is also on point with the housekeeping everyday. If they haven't been able to clean your room due to the " do not distrub" sign, they'll call you and leave you a message letting you know whenever your ready, just give them a call and they'll come.
Everyone is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. One of the better accommodations if you're tired of the hustle and bustle of a full blown out casino hotel.
