I work for a major transportation company that maintains a contract with this Best Western "Plus" location for lodging its crew members on layovers. I have watched over the last several months as the quality of service and accommodations have consistently plummeted. Our crews are regularly made to wait extended periods of time for rooms to be ready upon check-in, despite hotel management knowing well in advance when they will be arriving. On several occasions, myself and my colleagues have arrived in our rooms to discover that they hadn't been cleaned at all, with used towels still on the bathroom floor, beds unmade, and even toilets unflushed. It is beyond obvious that the management of this hotel doesn't care about its customers, even a major corporate account like that of my company. If given the choice, I would stay anywhere else before I stay at this hotel again.
