  • Our refrigerator suddenly went dead at 9.30 on a Friday morning. By 10AM I found Vladimir on the Web, spoke with him, and texted him all the information he needed. By 4:30 the new controller board was installed and our refrigerator was running. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Great service, very knowledgeable and he and his assistant were very friendly and communicated exactly what they were doing. I will never call anyone else.
