rev:text	The appointment didn't start out so great when my stylist Nico said he could not complete the style haircut I requested. He found Janine in the salon who was able to do my hair at 2pm. I wasn't happy as I had to reschedule a meeting and my day to make this appointment. But Janine came in and saved the day. Not only did she provide the best cut I've ever had in my life, she explained all the Aveda products she used and why she chose them including why the ingredients helped to do what they promised. I left the salon looking beautiful and my hair never looked so thick in its life. Janine is a diamond in the ruff and was able to turn a bad situation into a great one! She has a customer for life! (I highly suggest the owner Stacey provide more training to her stylists and not allow customers to book with them online if they can't cut hair as I read another review later saying Nico did this with another customer). If it wasn't for Janine I would be incredibly unhappy!
