| - We are still in the process of buying a bed from ole Bob's Discount Furniture. The bed was delivered on March 4, 2017, but a piece was broken and screws were missing so the delivery guys were unable to assemble it. They told me that the part would be delivered early the next week, the bed would be assembled, and that customer service would call me in an hour. Needless to say, customer service did not call. After two-and-a-half hours I called Bob's. The representative told me that the part would be shipped to e in 7-10 days. We argued a bit, I asked for a supervisor; you know, all the things that make customer service bad. Finally, Bob's agreed to deliver the replacement parts on March 8, 2017. And yep, the wrong parts were delivered and the same disassembled bed remains scattered on my daughter's living room floor. Bob's absolutely promises the correct pieces will be delivered on March 11. And maybe they will be. I am usually reasonably understanding when it comes to mistakes; however, I am remained surprised at how indifferent Bob's employees to the first and second incorrect deliveries. I strongly recommend paying a little more and buying from a more reputable furniture store.
