  • Because of my home warranty I was forced to use this company. They came out and replaced my capacitor. I informed the tech that it was not the capacitor as it had already been replaced. They assured me that it was the capacitor, I didn't argue as i am not a hvac tech...40 days later the a/c breaks again. They come out again but since it has been past 30 days I have to pay the fee again. They then tell us that now the outside fan motor is bad and that it is has been bad for a while and that it is and was the problem. The ac is now broken again (4 months later). Thankfully this time our warranty is using a different company, the tech comes out and opens the unit and AZ Trademasters replaced one capacitor with two capacitors. Also, both capacitors are still in the boxes they came in, just with wires running out of them. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
