  • I've been to other Einstein's and never had a problem. I came to this location and ordered a bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. After waiting about 10 minutes for my bagel, the guy called my name and I picked it up. The bagel didn't look like it had been toasted. There was no color to it and It was still very soft. I took a bite and it wasn't even warm. I went back up and asked the guy if it had been toasted because it didn't look or taste like it gets said yes and turned back around with his back to me. I said well it's barely toasted. He said I toasted it and again, turned his back to me. Finally I spoke to a girl and she made me another one. Still not toasted enough. Won't go back to this location. That guy was so rude.
