rev:text	If you decide to go to Foothills be prepared to be your own physical therapist. You may only see your physical therapist for 10 min each visit and for the rest of the time you're on your own. It's all self-directed. They have a lot of physical therapy assistants that lack interpersonal skills. It's clear the assistants don't want to be there, rather, they're only there because it's a stepping stone to get into physical therapy school. Here's what a typical visit is like: you sign in then go to a machine to warm up. After the timer goes off you then meet with the physical therapist, who gives you a ~10 min massage. After the massage, you're pretty much on your own. Good luck!
