The hotel obviously needs updates to the public spaces, as the carpet on the first floor was loose, making a poor first impression. The worst part of our room, #155, is that it is located on the exterior wall. Every time someone entered or exited through the door, it slammed shut, waking me up. Lastly, you can hear people moving around in the room above. I did not get a good night's sleep, and when I told the front desk that the exterior door creates noise because it doesn't soft-close, slams shut and shakes the bed in that room, they were "sorry I didn't sleep well". I highly recommend any hotel other than this one.
