  • Never going back to this Second Cup again. The front representative had no idea how to make a frappe and they were using a book and reading through the manual to make it. They took more that 20 minutes to understand the order. I was not pleased at all so i canceled my order and demanded a refund. 3 weeks went by and my refund didn't go through. I had to call customer care and they told me the refund was not processed properly at all by the representative there. I was extremely annoyed as she assured me that the refund did happen. In the end they concluded they will send me an e-transfer. BUT that didnt happen either. After calling them over and over again I have had enough and I wanted to escalate this with my credit card company and file a dispute. After telling them that I will be filing a dispute, they finally took my inquiry seriously and gave me a refund. Took me a month. I did not enjoy the experience at all but instead i was provided with alot more stress. Who comes to Second Cup to have a stressful time? We go there to spend good amount of money expecting to get some good high quality beverages. But not this place. Never coming back again. They suck!
