  • I have been a patient for about 10 years. This practice has been bought and sold 5 or 6 times and has had 6-8 different dentists. There are dental hygienists rotating in and out of the office...there is ZERO consistency in the care. ZERO regard for the patients. Plan to wait for extended periods of time for work...the office is filled with a bunch of young girls who sit around an blab about nothing, who are not trained. In fact, the office feels like it's a training station for the front desk, the dental hygienists, and the dentists! After 10 years, and the dentist on site today saying he can't fix work that another dentist did because he doesn't know how....I've had it. It's time to find another dentist office. BE WARNED IF YOU CHOSE TO GO TO SOMERSET!!
