  • Don't waste your time with this company! I found out about this company through Living Social as I bought one of their deals under another company name - MagiClean. I bought the deal and contacted the company to set an appointment for 8 am on Saturday morning. The gentleman I spoke to seemed nice and explained that if there were any extra products needed for the service, the technician would discuss it with me when he arrived. The day of my appointment, I rearranged and cleared out most of my house in order to get all carpet areas cleaned. 8:30 am - I called the number on the voucher, office closed, voicemail stated AZ Tech so I used Google to find an alternate contact. I called 2 numbers before getting a hold of a gentleman who said the technician should be there between 8-10am, okay so I waited. 10:30am - called again to ask for ETA - no answer. I called 2 more times, no answer, I waited till 2PM and NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! I ended up having to call another company to have my carpets cleaned that day for over $300. I called Living Social to inform them of my horrid experience with this company and their unprofessionalism. Apparently, the owner stated he would call me to make it right, I have never received a call!! I guess you get what you pay for.
