  • Lines and service are very disappointing. The only pleasant experience was with the cashier. Friendly gal. The lines where the vehicles wait to be dried is appalling. Workers stand around and chat rather than tend to vehicles or customers. Workflow should be amended to be more streamline to produce productivity and faster customer service. I will not be returning. Very displeased.
