5 stars for delicious shabu shabu, friendly service, and reasonable prices (~$23 per person for the sumo portion). We found this place through word of mouth and celebrated my dad's birthday here. Since then, our family has returned 3-4 more times and service has been consistently good.
Of the hot pot/shabu shabu places I've tried in Las Vegas, Yojie has the highest quality slices of beef. Order the beef (sumo portion), ponzu and peanut dipping sauces (ask for them to mix the garlic in), and the spicy miso broth. Everyone gets their own shabu pot to cook their veggies and meat in.
Pro tip: dip a slice of beef in the boiling water for only a few seconds until it changes color then dip it in the sauces. Do not dump the entire plate of meat in. The beef should only take a few seconds to cook to maintain its tender and juicy consistency-- any longer and it becomes tough.
