  • I think there is some type of evil spirit working against us at the Alamo Drafthouse. It seems like it is probably just not meant for me. Decided to go see my favorite movie on their girlie night presentation of Say Anything. Sat down, ordered drinks, a shake and their giant popcorn. Once again, we did not get our entire order. The chocolate shake never arrived. This was also after notifying the server twice we were still waiting on a shake. They did try to bring us someone else's food, but that did not really help. Also, they need to have a smaller popcorn size. $7.50 for their popcorn is too much for one person. I really wanted to make this my go to place, but that is unlikely.
