UPDATE: I spoke to Linda, the manager about my previous experience. I actually went back in to have them redo my nails. I explained to her the several issues that I had & she listened. I was really glad that she wasn't defensive or rude at all as I spoke to her. She agreed that several of the things I brought up were not acceptable & not standard.
Overall, I felt really respected & she offered what I felt was an appropriate solution. They also redid my nails, which turned out much better. Customer service is very important to me, and I'm really glad this could be sorted out in a way that made me feel valued as a client.
Also, I was grateful for the receptionist. I felt really respected & she was very understanding about my frustrations. I really appreciated that she didn't make me feel uncomfortable or like I was some terrible customer.
