  • Emailed multiple people directly to get a quote on after market parts and labor. Never heard back. Emails didn't bounce back and I never received an out of office. Did the work at another dealer and it wasn't chump change. They lost business because current employees didn't reply to emails. I hate that they expect immediate replies to their service survey and hound you. When I needed something it was crickets.
