  • There is a man that is always rude here. He always seems to be working when I am in the mood for a coffee. He never smiles and he acts like customers are annoying. I cannot stand it. The other people that work there are nice... some are really nice. This man just ruins the whole store for me. The first few times that he was rude, I either was in a hurry or thought he was having a bad day. But no, he has been consistently rude for several of my visits. I refuse to even step into this Starbucks when he is working. There is a great store close to this one that I would rather spend my money at.
