  • Fields & ballpark is 5* but not the Jersey's sports grill upstairs! Baseball tourney weekend, took 55mins to get a cheeseburger, hotdog & the order of fried zucchini was so dark brown it looked burned! Over charged us for an extra XL soda, I said double cheeseburger & they gave us a single. Mgr. lady was so rude & mad at all of us parents who were getting pissed by the 30min wait point - "I just got here at 3, I have no clue what's going on!" That was at 3:25pm...I'm thinking, well, 25mins into your shift, you should kinda know what's going on by now, we're all waiting for our food for 45minutes at this point! Our boys were all starving, they had an hour & 15mins to get back out on the field between games & had to hurry to scarf their food w/10mins to spare & then go out & play w/no time for their food to settle! Total joke, they shouldn't ban you from bringing any food into the park if you can't get a staff to provide food in a timely matter! There wasn't that many of us & no one else ordered after us since they could see how long the wait was! I know good help is hard to find but high school kids can run a McDonald's w/out this many issues!!! A good manager could've had this ship running running smoothly & they could've made a ton of money today!
