  • This place is a joke! Go elsewhere if you do not want your head to get burned during a blow out by a 'seasoned' stylist; go elsewhere if you want propriety behind your customer service...awful, rude and you are sure to get a better service elsewhere in Vegas. Not here! Bought a Group On for four shampoos and four blow outs. No problem redeeming the first one as advertised only my scalp got burned with the dryer in what resulted in a so-so blow out. Had an event to go to so better than nothing. Figure I would still give the place a shot on a different day, and with a different stylist at the Eastern location only to find out that suddenly my Group On is no longer valid at their location. What?! I was just there a couple of weeks ago. Not only did the receptionist give me the run around for a resolution, tell me that they suddenly don't have an appointment for me and that I should drive to North Las Vegas (20 miles away) and ask for the ONE stylist that will honor 'Group On people', she had the nerve to offer me the name and number of an off duty manager since the manager on site is 'in a meeting for the rest of the day'. So I have to call back and ask for management assistance when the inmates are running the asylum? IF you must go here, beware, and don't tell them you have a Group On if you want an appointment. With so many other options in Vegas to get a blow out, I will never return or recommend this place to get the job done.
