I made an appointment at 1pm and showed up promptly. The lady who was supposed to do my hair was still busy with a customer, which was fine. But once she completed, she then took time to take pictures with her customers, take a bathroom break, and then proceeded to sweep cut hair across the shop (not just her station). Well, 15 minutes after my appointment time, I decided to stand up and address her, asking if she could complete that once we're done since she was already running late. She snapped back at me saying "let me tell you something..." rebuking me for being impatient with her. She told me that I had 30 minutes blocked off so it's OK if she's running 15 minutes late. Well...Obviously she doesn't know s**t about proper customer service. First of all, just because she has 30 minutes of time doesn't mean I her customer does. I could be (and actually was) pressed for time and my haircut would've taken no more than 10 minutes. But what does that matter... I'm "only" a customer. I guess in her mind I'm here for her and not the other way around. I just got up and left to look for a haircut elsewhere. Won't ever go back there again!
