  • Our story is the same as everyone else... promises and lies. We walked out after extremely high sales pressure with the trial package and we paid $450 down payment. Luckily after feeling horrible about the decision we read all the fine print and over nighted a letter to get out of the contract. The only way to get out is send a letter within ten days. I wanted it to have confirmation and signature so that they couldn't say they didn't receive it. I was finally refunded my $450 and was only out the $30 to overnight the letter. If someone from Wyndham approaches you, run! Don't waste any of your precious vacation time talking to these awful people who are scam artists with no manners. We told them over and over we didn't want our credit ran, however it was and I'm never denied, but was for this. THANK GOODNESS! It was less than classless.
