  • Great communication and greater integrity. I was moving into a home that was previously a rental....I'm OCD and a germophobe! I originally requested a deep clean of the carpets and tile as well as duct cleaning... Within the first 5 minutes one of the workers who also happens to own the business (or is a partner? Wasn't sure...anyway..) tells me that the carpet looks fairly new and is of higher grade so all it really needed was a steam and deodorize and the tiles were in great shape and didn't need a deep clean....that they could still do it as they allotted for it in their schedule, but that I'd be wasting my money...I was floored with the sincerity especially because it meant a couple hundred dollars lost from their estimated day's income.... I called them again the following week to scotchguard some new furniture and steam and deodorize a sectional sofa.... Great prices - not dirt cheap but you get what you pay for and these guys do phenomenal work!! I will continue to use them and refer all my friends their way!
