  • They get five stars for the car wash and the detail work. I think the reason that the overall review is 2 stars relates more to the oil change/service dept. no matter what car or when I bring it, they always have something that is an up sell. I happen to own three different Ford vehicles and am good friends with the GM at autonation in Scottsdale, not to mention my wife's family owns a Ford dealership, so I took my car to them to ask of what the people here said needed to be done was true, and it was shot down. I don't blame commissioned sales people for an up sell, but buyer beware. By the way, I get my oil changed here regularly, but say no to all other services. The rest is great. It's quick, easy to access, and very clean. They have a fish tank that is fun and TV sets for entertainment.
