  • Arizona Dukes is Air replaced 2 AC units in our house along with subcontracting for duct sealing and some attic insulation work. The AC units were replaced promptly, the crew was professional, and they did a good job. They were competitive with other bids we had completed also. I can't recommend contracting them for insulation work. Several work items were not communicated to the subcontractor, it took multiple appointments to get some of the work done, and we still have items that were on our contract that have been left incomplete after months of calls. AZ Dukes were great about answering the phone, returning calls, and talking about it but in the end it's been months and they haven't delivered results. Long and short, hire them for the ACs. Don't contract them for insulation work or combo jobs. It's not worth the headache.
