  • To get to the Hertz car rental area at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport - you''ll take a shuttle bus over to the rental car facility. All the rental car companies use the same shuttle and you'll all get off at the same stop. For Hertz #1 Gold Members, you proceed into the rental car facility and follow the signs - or if you know where you are going, you can simply forgo going inside and walk around to the electronic name board and find your name and proceed. Returning the rental vehicle was also easy. Shuttle bus back to the terminal was a short ride.
