  • We have been here for two weeks now and I do not have a single negative thing to say about this hotel. It's always SPOTLESS and the staff is always going above and beyond to make us comfortable. The rooms are huge and reasonably priced. Breakfast is always hot and there is a lot to choose from. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday's they serve dinner and cocktails down in the lobby. Even though there isn't a whole lot of things to do in the town of Surprise, we are in a good location close to restaurants, the library, an awesome playground/ and of course spring training fields. I really love that they allow pets. We didn't bring our dog this time, but they have a dog park/run on property. Will definitely return and recommend this place. Big thanks to Nala for always being so helpful and turning on cartoons for my little one in the breakfast area :)
