  • I stopped at The Cleveland Bagel Company very early in April, 2017. The inside of the shop feels industrial, which was appropriate in my mind, as they are a bagel making factory. The place feels squeaky clean and staff are helpful and friendly. I bought a Rosemary bagel and a cinnamon raisin bagel, both plain--no cream cheese, to go. (Bagels are $2 each and with cream cheese, are an additional $2.). I tasted my Rosemary bagel while driving home. Yes, it was delicious, fresh, perfectly made; however, I'm thinking $2 a pop is a bit pricey. I understand these are the real deal, but I've made my own, genuine bagels at home and I don't think it's such a Herculean task. While the product is very good, I'm sad to say it is simply overpriced. I wish this company much success as we West siders deserve good bagels, too, and these folks seem to know how to make delicious bagels.
