  • If you're thinking about going here to buy your dress, seriously reconsider it. WORST customer service I have ever had. They have a policy that children under 10 can't be in the bridal area (which I totally understand), and I have a 6 year old sister who is my maid of honor that needed to be at my appointment with me. After booking my appointment online, I called them immediately to see if there were any exceptions as I would need to book an appointment elsewhere if they couldn't accommodate me. The receptionist took down my information and said she would talk to the owner (after making me feel as if it wouldn't be an issue). I got no return call. This happened 4 different times over a 3 week span, with both me and my mom calling. The day before my appointment, I got three phone calls, emails, and texts galore from Azteca wanting to confirm my appointment. I called back and once again explained my situation. The woman acknowledged talking to us every single time we called and not passing along the message. The owner called me back(30 minutes before close) and would NOT budge at all. She called me a liar saying I never talked to the receptionist because she had no messages and if I had, the receptionist would have told me there were no exceptions (which she did the opposite of). She also said if I scheduled on a weekday they could've accommodated me. Had I known this when I called the first time, I would've changed my appointment to a weekday. She wasn't apologetic or even the slightest bit concerned about the fact that my plans were being shattered the night before. She was so rude I was in disbelief. I ended up cancelling my appointment and was left with people coming from all parts of the valley the next day to see me try on dresses. Luckily, Brilliant Bridal saved the day and squeezed me in for an appointment for the same time it would've been at Azteca and I left with a beautiful dress and had the greatest experience! They too were absolutely shocked that I had been treated the way I was by Azteca. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I will never go to this shop and will forever spread the word about how terrible they were.
