I can eat a pulled-pork poutine any day and still not be full. Going to Le Boucan makes you feel like you are visiting one of the restaurants in an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Dive-Ins and Dives. I came across this place by accident when all the other restaurants on Notre Dame street were closed once the breakfast hour finished. It's not hard to find this place, you just need to follow your nose. I was lucky to take in the Southern atmosphere and western decorum, as I was enjoying my meal in their terrace in the back. The best part about the terrace is that you can enjoy your meal without all the background noise from the busy streets. Truly an authentic experience worth enjoying again. Did I mention they have bacon brownies? Enough said, try the place out for yourself. Just make sure you bring a hefty wallet.
