| - I came to Vesta after seeing some good things on Yelp and decided to give it a try. This place is a good, solid spot for getting a good cup of coffee or latte, and they offer a homemade nut milk (I think... I really can't remember) for all fellow lactose intolerant folk like me. Yeah, cappuccinos in general taste a little different when you're not using real milk, but Vesta's cappuccino tastes great and are just as satisfying as using steamed milk.
I'm a little indifferent about the location. There's a small parking lot and additional street parking, so if it's busy, you might have to drive around to find some parking like we did. Even so, we found a street parking spot within 5 minutes, so it's not really a hassle.
Inside Vesta, you can see how it appeals to a younger, more hip crown. It's modern, and the decor is clean and bright. Usually, you'll see people working on their laptops or just meeting up. The seating is slightly limited because they have their roaster in the back which takes up a lot of space. Seating isn't a huge problem unless you happen to come in during a big rush, but overall, the seating is pretty good.
