  • Dear SuperPawn, I'm going to need you to get updated software and computers! I'm going to also need you to train your employees thoroughly! It's not their fault they give out the wrong information or that they don't explain things right! I'm gonna go ahead and blame this on the district manager... who by the way sounds like an arrogant douchebag! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the manager and the staff were very nice and apologetic. This company is scandalous and I think they get over on everyone. Don't worry I will not be back! No one should have to pay some outrageous amount that's not on their receipt because your stupid ass company doesn't want to get modern technology! Why should I be paying an extra $800 because of your companies mistakes?! I do not recommend this company at all! And you can tell your district manager I said he can kiss my ass!
