I really cannot believe how unprofessional customer service this post office has!!! Me and my wife experienced something that you would never expect from a government office. The employee Kevin was helping us with our package delivery to this specific location. We gave Kevin the tracking number and told us that all he needed was the delivery address. After the third time he asked for the tracking number. Then Kevin said that the tracking number wasn't valid.So he came back telling us that he couldn't find and to step aside the line because the line was extremely long. So my wife told Kevin I need my package. So then Kevin yelled his lungs out to my wife telling her to step aside. So then I stepped in asking to speak to a manager. It took him about 10 min to get me a manager. Long story short... Told the manager about the experience that we had with Kevin, then gave the manager the tracking number that Kevin didn't want to take and took about 2 mins to find our package.
