  • Terrible customer service. The staff can't count, are slow to take an order in drive-thru, and 9 times out of 10 I have to go inside to have them fix my order. If you pull through after 11pm expect to be greeted by an individual with gauged ears and blood shot eyes. The overnight staff seem to just have walked off of a movie set with Cheech and Ching. This McDonald's should be the poster child for why NOT to increase fast food workers wage to $15/hr.
