  • Took over 45 minutes from the time they pulled my car into the bay! I watched it sit for over 10 minutes with no one working on it. When I asked what was taking so long they told me the oil was draining. I watched the tech remove the plug 2 minutes later. Overpriced without a coupon. Brian was slow and not very cheery. They did take my coupon.
