  • My washer stopped working and I used the online system to book a repair. I was able to get an appointment the next day and was sent both a confirmation email and text. My repair man called me BEFORE my 4 hour window to say he could be there early. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. He informed me the repair would only take about 10 minutes which it did. My whole experience was fantastic and I'd recommend again (this is the second time using the service and the first time was just as great).
